La ubicación

La máquina de café se descompuso y la recepcionista de la noche sólo se limitó a decirnos: "pues se trabó y ya". El desayuno termina a las 9AM, así que si vas de vacaciones, no es recomendable. Los baños del comedor no estaban limpios.

Great location. Across the street from the theater, close to the galleria, a park, lots of places to eat

Wish the breakfast that was included could not be continental so that it can include hot food like eggs

The staff is outstanding. Professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Easily the strongest point of this hotel.

The internet is unacceptable. This is not my first stay here and I had internet issues before, but my schedule kept me out most of the time. This time, I was working from the hotel and it was unbearable. I literally counted the seconds to leave. A Marriott should not offer internet at this level. When traveling for work, internet is not a luxury, it’s a basic necessity. Not having reliable internet is like not having running water.

El dsayuno. Se que es un desayuno continental. Pero ai deberian meter algo mas (huevos y chilaquiles)

Um hotel moderno e confortável.

Não tinha frigobar nos quartos. O Café da manhã era muito ruim, inclusive informei ser intolerante à lactose, não me deram opção de alimentação sem lactose. Disseram que seria disponibilizado transfer para o Aeroporto incluso na estadia e não cumpriram.
