This was such a wonderful surprise! I loved everything about the Essex Inn. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and even made an adjustment for our reservations that made the experience even better! The place is beautiful! We loved our "apartment" - when we walked in we felt immediately at home. The place was spotless! They even had complimentary cookies and homemade soup!! (which was delicious!!) We did not have the breakfast so we cannot comment on that. The location could not be better! It is down a side road so it is quiet, but it is steps from restaurants and the quaint town. I would highly recommend staying here! I can't wait to go back!!

Very nice relaxing time. The Inn was wonderful. Very clean. Very nice Continental breakfast with a nice variety of choices. We loved the breakfast that was available. Location was steps away to all sites.
