"Top Lage und Personal in Kapstadt"

Sehr herzliches Personal, vorallem Bob der Nachportier, ist immer für einem da, damit man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Bianca und Daniel die Besitzer, haben hier eine schöne, erholsame Oase geschaffen, wo nahe an der Waterfront liegt.

Nicht sofort gefunden, da die Hausbeschriftung durch die Blumen bedeckt sind.

Schönes Ambiente, schöner Poolbereich, Welcome Drink, feines Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal und Lage war auch ideal!

Etwas laut, da die Türen nicht sehr dicht sind und das Haus doch schon etwas älter ist.

"An amazing gem of a place with chic design features"

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. All of our hosts were exceptionally lovely, helpful and friendly. Our room was so comfortable with all that you needed provided. Breakfast was excellent. A host was present 24 hours to cater for your needs, whether it was a drink or just a chat. Felt very safe and secure.

"Wonderful Staff!"

The property was brilliant and all the staff extremely helpful and friendly. My flight was delayed a day and the hotel offered us to stay in a premium room matching the rates when we originally booked the property, even though they had increased. One staff member, I believe his name was Samuel, even stayed once his shift had ended to help us organise everything (the flight was cancelled last minute and it was quite a stressful time). The facilities were lovely, the property clean, and a great breakfast included in the price too. I would definitely recommend.
