Everything. No breakfast when it was advertised that it came with the price. Microwave door falling off and rust inside. Cockroaches.

The person is on the desk was very nice and very polite helpful . Don’t know he’s name .

I went into the room and I did not stay. The room was disgusting! It was extremely dirty and there were roaches! I went to the off ice and the manager came up with me to look at the room and agreed with my assessment of the condition of the room. He offered a refund but he was unable to provide one since I used the booking app. I sent in a compliant to Booking.com the same night requesting a refund. I still want my money back!!!

The entire location was seedy and out of date. The grounds and the room were not up to standard for the Howard Johnson name and reputation. The parking was in an alley full of pot holes next to a dumpster.

If you like to sleep in roach infested rooms, this is the place. All this money they get and can’t invest in fixing the rooms up smh This place is disgusting I do not recommend. I you feel like being finessed your money this is the place.
