Fun City Resort Hotel

Hucks Harbor. 2 days. First day was great. Staff was attentive and helpful. 2nd day. An older gentleman got in the pool with his I’m assuming wife. He tossed her a bottle of beer. Picked her up and carried her across the pool and stood there reading the rules(one of which said no food or beverages). Him and his ‘wife’ laughed it off and had a full on conversation with a lifeguard while holding and drinking his bottle of beer. Passing it between him and his wife. The room was great. I don’t like that it didn’t have a safety latch. Just the digital lock and a deadbolt.

I really don’t like that they charge for the hucks harbor. That should be a benefit of staying there but it was too busy from outsiders that we couldn’t utilize. Maybe have non guests pay more than $3 an entry than guests. I rather stay at Hampton that is attached bc there was no benefit of staying at fun city

Me and my girlfriend both have bites on us from our beds,,mine is on my arm and hers is on her side. We are not enjoying our bites on our bodys. Everything was good except for those bites.

The property was very clean! We loved that there was so much to do without even leaving the resort! The food options were great, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful if we had a question! And for being a hotel geared to Families we didn’t hear kids running the halls and screaming. It was rather quiet! We will definitely be back!

A great weekend getaway.

We had such a great time at funcity resort. I highly recommend. So many fun things for kids to do, great food at restaurants, excellent customer service. Rooms clean.

We had a great stay. The staff is exceptional. So friendly and helpful. The whole complex was great. We would highly recommend it.

Overall stay was great. Everything was reasonably priced. There was so much to see and do. My only critique would be our breakfast. It was overpriced, toast and potatoes were cold. The eggs had so much salt and pepper we couldn't eat them. Next time we'll go elswhere for breakfast.

There was supposed to be recent renovations to fun city however you can’t tell.. looks dirty and ran down since it did 3 years ago! Hallway to room and room reeked of mildew and smoke. Hucks Harbor the same water park attached to Fun City Resort has also not been renovated! The water park and pool both inside and out was packed beyond capacity! Definitely a drowning risk and health risk . Dirty water and bathrooms and horribly expensive! There needs to be a separate water park that is exclusively to only be used by paying hotel guests! And no breakfast is included in your stay! The only plus was the front desk upgrading us to the catfish resort for a small fee.
