Fun City Resort Hotel

Perfect

Good staff the place was very clean.

Staff was not helpful with funcity deals and were rude when asked about them and if they could give me the rate of a funcity card since I was staying at the hotel. They never told me there was a deal when checking in.

Only gave 4 stars because the pool was under maintenance. And my 7 year old was heart broken. We knew the ballocity was under construction. Very clean property I always seen someone cleaning something so that was reassuring! Front desk were super nice. One girl working at the Allies Place was rude maybe having an off day but we witnessed her upset banging her head on something. Kinda off putting. But overall it was a nice place!

Kids running in the hall and screaming most of the night while trying to sleep. Beds were terrible felt like you were sleeping on a piece of plywood. No water pressure in the shower. Will never stay there again.

Room was very clean, very clean bathroom.The restaurant there had good food, but booth, table, wall, floors needed to be cleaned. Staff was VERY nice. I'd come back.

Parking was difficult because of all the activities going on. Directions to get into the hotel were a bit confusing. Hotel itself is tucked into the corner of everything else.
