Arma Museum & Resort

Very attentive. Within a few minutes of checking in we asked for a few things including more “toilet paper”, just in case we got Bali belly (which we didn’t). They were to the room within minutes. The food was great, massages even better. This is not a go out for a walk on the street location (way too busy) however location is great if you have a driver (which is HIGHLY recommended).

The stay at Arma museum and resort was really pleasant. Beautiful park, comfortable, wide and clean rooms , friendly staff. The visit to the museum is something you should not miss. Interesting concept overall. I would recommend to any friend who visits Ubud.

Our first time to Bali, and this resort was more than we could ever wished for. Room was very modern, large, and so clean, with a beautiful outlook over the pool. Western style separate shower with large rain shower hose and great water pressure. Over our three night stay, we ate all dinners at the two different restaurants on-site as it was convenient after a long touring day and the food was so good, with Balinese, Thai and western meals offered. The resort's breakfast menu was the best ever with 4 menu options and so much delicious food. The one day of monsoon rains was no problem, as we found plenty to do exploring the large grounds using the resorts provided large umbrellas. We saw the art museum and had an incredible massage at the spa. Also went to the cultural dance performance one night which was so dramatic, watching it being performed on the open air stage,. In summary, the Arma resort was perfect, and such great value for the money paid. We would definitely stay here again as it was the best!

If you want a stay where all things are perfect you can book here without any second thoughts it’s amazing place where you can see Bali culture and nature both same place and the most important thing is you can visit museum next to the hotel it’s a must try place

The hotel is centrally located walking distance from many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is the best. The service is awesome. I would stay here again.

The location is very good close to the Monkey Park and the museum is attached and is a must see. Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Morning Coffee on the deck listening to the Doves. The food is great and not expensive. Breakfast is huge.

Beautiful resort with many gardens, pools, statues and a lovely pool villa in which we stayed and friendly service and smiles everywhere. Also has a wonderful art museum attached and nightly dance performances. We stayed for 4 nights and hired a resort car and driver who take us wherever we pleased, off the beaten track.

Staying at Arma Museum and Resort gave me a reason to want to return to this destination. Here I was given the opportunity to experience the culture of the island. The extensive and varied grounds are kept beautiful by a team of very friendly staff. The owner is clearly proud of this place and his dedication to preserving and showcasing Balinese culture makes this the most memorable resort I've stayed in. We enjoyed the dance performances on offer every evening, and the various art galleries filled with top quality art within the grounds of this wonderful place were a bonus.

We feel we hit the jackpot by finding ARMA, it really is a paradise amidst the hustle and bustle of Ubud and provides a slice of traditional Balinese life. The art is great, the grounds beautiful and tranquil, and the accommodation exactly as advertised - including an incredibly comfortable bed and private swimming pool. The on site restaurants are also great and the staff were friendly and always happy to help. ARMA is also a cultural institution, and it was great to look at Balinese art in the on site museum and take in a traditional Balinese dance - the Barong is a must see! We also found the location to be perfect - slightly outside of the noise of the main streets of Ubud but easily walkable, and close to some excellent restaurants on the edge of town. If we came back to Ubud we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We are really pleased with our stay. We love the place and the ambiance of the resort. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Our 2 day stay in Ubud was really memorable. We even had an opportunity to chat with the owner, Agung Rai, a very amazing man. He was able to capture what Bali is all about. The manager, Dito is so accommodating and welcoming ❤️ The resort is not for everyone because of the set up of the rooms (no elevator and lots of steps to go to the rooms) but for us it was perfect. So thankful that we are still strong and able to explore the beauty of the resort. Thank you from the bottom of our heart ❤️ We hope that Arma Museum Resort will bring joy to whoever visit.
