Urine sur le couvercle des wc à notre arrivée. Évacuation de l'eau du lavabo de la salle de bain presque bouchée + odeur nauséabonde.

L’emplacement est pratique près du tram, l’hôtel et même le quartier sont très calmes, c’est agréable. L’appartement est assez spacieux et la literie était de très bonne qualité. Nous avons déjeuné sur place il y avait du choix et l’endroit était décoré avec bon goût. Un grand merci pour l’accueil chaleureux que nous avons reçu sur place. Une équipe très professionnelle, avec le sourire et à l’écoute.

Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas été remboursés de l'acompte de 50 € jusqu'à présent, c'est dommage que j'écrirai un autre appel, pour moi c'est beaucoup d'argent, nous avons vécu en février dans des appartements
