It’s not clean

Nice hotel and omelette station was delicious. The man at the omelette station was very nice and had good energy. Also love the happy hour

I did not like that Booking.com somehow cancelled my reservation which was paid in advance. Got to the hotel and was informed the reservation had been cancelled. Had to find another place at 10pm to stay on a busy night locally. Was able to check in the next day on a new reservation. My advice is to avoid Booking.com, who cancelled my reservation, told me they would give me a voucher to use to pay, they did not and I had to pay again. They did refund the original pymt 3 weeks later. Their communication was pathetic, hard to contact and gave false info.

Amenities, late/early food hours, location

My Wife and I checked in October 5th for a 3 day stay because of Remodeling in our House, needless to say we ended up checking out October 16th because of delays in Construction. We have never been treated better at any Hotel over our 45 years of Traveling than at Embassy Suites Lavista, Ne. Bob Kropp at the Front Desk was Fantastic Diana Saenz Treviso and Odessa Torres did an Excellent Job keeping the Room Clean with GREAT Attitudes and Smiles. The morning Breakfast was Delicious and Christine Martinez made us feel so Welcome, Great Attitude, Smile and so Friendly we actually didn't want to leave. Ryan DeHarty, WOW what a Guy, His Professionalism was over the Top, always Smiling and a Pure Pleasure to get to know. We will Miss all of the above Employees and look forward to another Stay when the Opportunity arises. Thanks once again to all of your Staff. Roger and Lorie Larsen

Location was amazing. Staff was very kind and welcoming

The hot water wasn't working for good while and the toilet in our room was broken we had to take the lid off the tank and tap the lever inside to get it to fill up with water so we could flush which was very inconvenient. The carpet and the look of the room was very outdated and didn't match the lobby or the fact that it's a higher end hotel I paid $230ish for 1 night I expected more for a Hilton hotel. In all I was very disappointed

Helpful staff, very kid friendly and a great breakfast! Very convenient location

Room was great. Ice machine did not work and I could not locate any stairs. Had to pay for parking too. Wish I knew that ahead of time but overall it’s a good stay

Love the size and cleanliness of the parking lot. The staff was very nice and professional. Location was perfect.

The room was terribly cold and I could not make it warmer.
