Breakfast was lovely. Restaurant has a lovely ambience.

The room was spacious and comfortable particularly the bed. The bathroom was clean and I enjoyed the lovely toiletries, however, the shower was the worste I have experienced in a hotel. The taps are situated so that you cannot avoid getting wet, quite drenched in cold water, while turning them on. Very unpleasant experience. I enjoyed the adults pool but was unable to use the main pool as being older with knee issues needed a handrail. Would love to see one on each pool.

"It was ok but did not spend a lot of time there"

Comfy bed, good room size, other than breakfast area didn't use other facilities although noted they were available,

A little disappointed in appearance of property as it was showing tired and worn, however saw some work being done on appearance although not sure if it was repairs or maintenance.

"Good value comfortable stay"

The room we booked has a musty smell and no deck. We asked to change the room and we were upgraded to a room with a deck that smelled fresh and had good light. Bed was comfortable. Liked that they had a good selection of tea and also provided biscuits

Lacked that little extra like shower cap, vanity pack and a toaster

"Great overnight stay"

We had a lovely overnight stay at this hotel. Our room was large and quiet, away from the carpark. The hotel is away from town but we enjoyed the surrounding gardens. There is a restaurant on site but we didn't visit. The reception staff member was friendly, beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was helpful. The cooking stove was turned off due to amended fire standards but not really required for short stays. Not sure if the hotel will be suitable for those with mobility issues if staying on higher floors but otherwise, we had a great stay.
