Very professional, helpful staff. Beautiful public spaces, great restaurant and coffee bar.

Great location to get around downtown Breck

Hidden fees & aesthetic over function make staying at this hotel a lackluster experience. The staff was very helpful but it doesn’t make up for the hidden fees (specifically the parking & facilities fee) and the confusing convoluted layout. For the travelers on a budget, heed my warning, stay away.

Enjoyed uniqueness of the property. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to all of our requests.

Everything was great except the views of construction

Location is great, very walkable to most everything in town. Room was spacious but layout was a bit peculiar. Had minor issues with water temperature and toilet not flushing. Bar/Restaurant is incredibly nice. Only parking option is valet, a self-park option would be great. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is in a great location! Our room was a little dirty (mostly the bathroom/shower area).

Fantastic location - one step to Main Street, which has shops, restaurants, bars, lots of activity; and hiking trail heads just a step in the other direction. Beautiful, hip hotel with a vegetarian-friendly restaurant, comfy beds, and such a cool vibe! The team at the front desk were very helpful. Thanks, John, Patrick, and Chase! Everything was convenient and very pleasant Wish we had more time there!

We were truly impressed with the Gravity Haus! The design and decor are unique, with dark grey and bright red paint, exposed painted pipes, lots of cozy seating nooks, and a very open feel. To illustrate: There's an authentic ski lift updated with upholstered (possibly faux fur?) seating as you enter the lobby. What a statement! It seems like there's a team of 3 guys who run the place - John, Chase, and Patrick. All were super friendly and helpful. Valet parking was convenient. Our room was fantastic - comfy beds and pillows, sliding wood bathroom door, beautiful wood countertops, black-out shades, and an oversized print of a snow-covered mountain with a snowshoer that we just couldn't take our eyes off of. I like that they had snacks and beverages available in each room - some complimentary and some for purchase. Really appreciated! This place feels like how I imagine Colorado. The location is fabulous - a few steps from bustling Main Street in one direction and a few steps from the trailhead to Burro Trail in the other. I was too busy outdoors to take advantage, but the hotel has hot tubs and a nice fitness center. I can attest that the food and drinks at the hotel restaurant "Cabin Juice" were delicious. Try the fried zucchini starter! We spent our final night at the Gravity Haus and wished we had another day there! Brekenridge landscape is outstanding and the Gravity Haus fits into that scene perfectly.

It was a great hotel and super affordable. With the cold plunge worked but the gym and sauna area are great.
