Camera spaziosa, culla accogliente per il nostro bambino, letto ampio e comodissimo. Asciugamani ben disponibili in camera per tutti noi 3. Acqua, tisane, Nescafè a disposizione. Bagno spazioso, saponi e crema corpo a disposizione degli ospiti. Posizione molto comoda per noi che avevamo come meta Euphoria balloon museum. Parcheggio disponibile a pagamento

The room was big, nice and tidy. We had 2 separate beds, very comfy. A lot of hygiene amenities, hair dryer, towels, complimentary drinks. Breakfast costs 20€ but it’s all inclusive buffet. Big variety of nice fresh food. And it’s easy to have breakfast in hotel than to spend time try to find some place in this district. I don’t think it would be cheaper. Staff were friendly. I was late for 3 hours to check in. So I come after midnight but it wasn’t a problem.

1) It would be better to add some slippers. At least disposable ones. I forgot to take mine, so I was little bit disappointed that you don’t offer. 2) There is no heating battery in the room. So if you need to wash some stuff or something leaked and you need to dry some cloth it would be hard for you. And heated towel rail in bathroom didn’t work, so our towels were drying on the chair. 3) THE MOST DISAPPOINTED THING is that I still wait my money back. Because 2 days before I checked in, the charged me for 105€ to guarantee my booking. When I arrive at hotel I paid full price for 2 nights and receptionist said I will have my 105€ back maximum in 3 days. Today is already 9 of December. Nothing…. Where is my money???

La posizione è decisamente il punto di forza, vicina alla stazione metropolitana. I letti sono tra i più comodi che io abbia mai provato e lo staff cordiale e molto disponibile.

Considerata la dimensione della stanza (molto ampia!) avrei impostato il termostato con un paio di gradi in più.
