Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival: 1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature 2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature) 3) Copy of the cardholder's valid photo ID (front and back) Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Please note that the property will be undergoing and upgradation of the breakfast and all day dining area which will begin on April 22, 2019. For guest dining comfort, the property has assigned the Madayaw B function room as temporary venue for breakfast services. The renovation work will commence from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM daily and noise hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
