Naumi Hotel Wellington

Well appointed spacious rooms.

There was a blackout the whole time of our stay, including the next morning. Therefore, there were no hotel facilities available to us - no lights, tv, wifi, phone charging, hot shower, downstairs bar etc. The staff were fine under the circumstances, but we were told the hotel would contact everyone who was affected. We have had no contact from the hotel which is poor in our opinion.

Bathroom. Shower had water everywhere.

Location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was really clean. Overall breakfast was good but they did run out of fruit the following day. Our downside was lack of carpark availability as the hotel is very limited with car spots. We would definitely recommend this hotel but not if you have a car. The hotel is also quite close to lots of restaurants.

The power went out. No lights, no TV, no Air con, no hot water, no wifi - and no one has contacted me like they said they would

Great sized room, kitchenette, lovely views on corner room.

beds were comfy and room spacious. Toilet roll very poor quality, not advised about parking charges or that the pool was out of order - very disappointed as only reason I booked the hotel.

Shower to small and water through the gaps in the shower door creates a wet toilet area!!
