"definitely worth the stay if you’re traveling through or staying in Jacksonville would go again"

it was right off of I95 which was very convenient staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and everything in the room worked appropriately. You got every penny that you spent worth out of the room.

can’t really find any downside to this motel

The location to the airport is great, the staff Was really friendly and the room was very nice and clean

It was so loud!!! The walking above us and all the door slamming. I think they forgot to insulate this place. I had my sound machine on so loud and it barely helped.

The staff made the stay! Anything we needed, they were ready to help! My husband asked for a crib for my son & they had a play pin to our room within 5 minutes!

Comfort location. One staff member made fresh coffee for us when we arrived. He was very nice and accommodating. I think he was some sort of maintenance person but super kind.

The water pressure was not enough to wash the soap off and the water was turned off at 10 in the morning but was not informed when checking in. Hot water was minimal with what little trickle you got. This is something I should have been told.

The view from my rear view mirror

The staff member John who canceled my reservation after an 11 hour drive because he couldn’t find my payment after I sent him the receipt. His competence level is less than mentally challenged.
