"Dishonest and Evasive- stay away!"

Booked this Hotel through Hotels.com two hours before arrival. When I got there the receptionist told me it was booked for three days later and that she wouldnโ€™t accommodate me unless I paid a rate nearly 100% more than the original. I asked to cancel the Sunday booking and she said she could not and it had to be done by Hotels.com. I then had to find another hotel. Contacted HDC and they said the opposite; that it needed to be cancelled by the Hotel. Tried for two days to get the date cancelled and was told it was non refundable. They charged my CC account today for the date and then sent me this review request. Total scam. I not my family nor my businesses will NEVER use HDC or stay at a Hilton hotel again. Dead serious.

The staff here is absolutely top notch! We had a minor issue in our room that was handled immediately. The breakfast bar was also a big hit with the kiddos. Would definitely stay here again.

"Perfect Extended Stay Experience with Amazing Staff and Great Location"

We had the pleasure of staying at the Davidson Homewood Suites for 10 nights. It was a great stay and we highly recommend this hotel for an extended stay or even a short getaway. Before I go further I want to single out the amazing staff. Theresa the manager, and her front desk staff: Jasmine, Maggie, Jailyn, and Bhumi - friendly, welcoming, and any question or request we had, they quickly and cordially accomodated. And the housekeepers - April, the manager could not have been friendlier and more accomodating. her staff, Alejanda, Ana, Josephine, and Johanna were exceptional. Special shout out to Shyvonne who was always smiling and made us feel like we were at home. Location - very convenient to the interstate, but very quiet. Two recommneded activities the nearby hiking at the lake and the Saturday local market. Breakfast - great variety, well presented, and the the dining area - roomy. comfy, and clean. Lidia and Lydia served a lovely breakfast every morning.
