Very clean and convenient location

When I booked on Booking.com app, I indicated that I would be bringing my dog. The app gave me a price. Once I arrived at the hotel, I was told it was an additional $75.00 for my dog. I was also told that if I did not stay there, they would charge my card the full amount anyway. When I told them that I had traveled to other hotels in the past and did not have to pay a fee, she indicated that those were lower class hotels. So rude. It really felt like I was trapped into that hotel and the extra fee. Never again!!

I liked the staff members. They were very helpful to accomodate me with my special needs son.

My reservation couldn't be found. Even when I showed them the email confirmation. But they had openings and helped me get a room. I was charged extra rebooking and a fee for any damages which was supposed to be refunded to me. And I am still waiting on . I also changed the date of my reservation as I realized the date was was wrong a few days before I arrived and I was charged for it too. Also charging over $150 in May is a lot. This was overpriced for the area. There was no water pressure. It took about 10 minutes just to rince soap off my body. I had to hold on as I was slipping in the shower. And the shower doors kepts opening and messed all over the floor. My biggest problem was trying to address my refund with booking.com and getting the run around. I don't even know if they fully understand english. I was given international numbers to contact them. Why I had to call someone when they asked me to provide everything via email. It was just a total waste of time and totally unprofessional. I'll never use them again.
