Ervesto was in charge of breakfast. He was very kind and we loved him. He was the bright spot to start our day off. The desk staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating.

I stayed here for 6 nights, my room was only cleaned once on day 4 and only after asking. On day 2 I requested towels and was told some would be delivered. They were not. On day 3 I again requested towels and was told they didn’t have any. An hour later towels were delivered. The hotel itself was clean, just not my room. “Ever!” The front desk advised me room cleaning would be done every other day. It was not! I was asked if I had the do not disturb sign on the door. I did not! I was highly disappointed I had to beg for towels and one room cleaning in seven days, 6 nights. We took our own garbage out and cleaned our own room. We left our full garbage cans in the hall for a couple of hours one day only to have to dump them ourselves. Housekeeping was terrible, front desk staff friendly and okay, Ervesto the best part of our stay.

We asked for towels at the front desk sat night when we got in from our event. The desk attendant was rude & told my husband repeatedly that he could not have any towels. He finely got some after arguing with her for about 10 minutes. Takes a lot to make him angry but he was fuming when came back to room

Location, parking area, overall excellent.

Since we had no flexibility, had to pay inflated rate for a room caused by high volume activity and low vacancy rate in area.

Employee smile while talk to people. Have good breakfast.

Good breakfast but need to make sure that they breakfast food stay field up and fresh.

Hotel looks like right after renovation and it’s supposed to be great, but unfortunately we had an issues with the drain in our bath that was easy coming out with the stopper; even though we booked a suite with an extra sofa bed no extra sheets, pillows or blankets was provided, only when requested at the counter, but unfortunately not the whole set; also this is my first time hearing upstairs guests ; at the breakfast food was running out fast and you have to wait refilling for min 10 min, staff were doing their best but it felt like it’s to few of them.
