The location is amazing! Staff were responsive to requests. Secure building. Link to off-site, paid parking was sent directly to me. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Some basic maintenance is being missed: eg room 301 toilet rocks because not bolted down properly, drywall needs some TLC. Staff don't check the breakfast room frequently enough to keep food and supplies stocked. Some cereals were not restocked during the 3 breakfasts we attended. Requested daily housekeeping, but this wasn't completed after first day, and had to re-request this with both the housekeeping staff and front desk. They ran out of coffee for the machine in our room 😪

Location is amazing. Our room was huge and really comfortable. Shower was amazing. Had a balcony overlooking the street and one wall was all window giving lots of nice natural light. Bed was really comfortable. The public parking garage next door is really convenient and only $6 for overnight parking on the weekend. Bargain! Except when there's an event on, then you'll get stung for $26. Still not bad though. Value for money was exceptional. Overall wonderful experience. Will be staying there anytime we need to go to Minneapolis. Solid 10 out of 10

There was some jackass being really loud in the hallway at 2 in the morning. Not the hotels fault

Shower was nice and bed was comfortable.

Room was very warm even after I turned it down to 62° TV was on side wall not facing bed. Was uncomfortable to watch. There was a pill or candy on carpet so was not vacumed. Bed sheets had stains on bottom and bed did not look made. Lighting was very poor.
