Excellent location and driving distance to most locations in Costa Smeralda. The hotel staff was excellent and very friendly! The food at the hotel was also amazing.

The pool water was cold - wish they had it temp controlled. The beach was OK. Nothing to write about.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und außergewöhnliche zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Wir hatten eine Privatvilla mit Frühstück gebucht. Bei der Ankunft hat uns die Hotelchefin mitgeteilt, dass sich der Bau eines Privatpools (der stand nicht in der Hotelbeschreibung) verzögert hat und vor unserer Villa sich deshalb noch eine Baustelle befindet. Sie hat uns dann vorgeschlagen, dass wir eine Nacht in dem Bungalow bleiben und für den restlichen Aufenthalt von 11 Tagen ein Upgrade bekommen. Da würde eine größere Villa frei werden, in die wir umziehen könnten. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten haben wir außerdem für den kompletten Aufenthalt kostenlos Halbpension bekommen. Das beinhaltete abends ein komplettes Menü für die ganze Familie. Das war außergewöhnlich kundenfreundlich und auch alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die kleine Anlage und ruhige wunderschöne Lage machte den Urlaub zum wirklichen Luxus. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Big jacuzzi bath unnecessary . Just a shower would suffice.

The service was unbeliavable. Gianluca, Giovanni, Patrizia and Denise and many more made our stay effortless, relaxing and just a 5 star trip. The restaurant was really good and the wines were perfect. Rooms were really nice, the hotel is not that big, which was great. Our son loved the pool!

We didn't use the beach as much, due to the sand was a bit rough, but it was a beautiful location.

We re-booked after an amazing first time experience in 2025 and went during the same week for 2026; weather was perfect where it wasn’t super hot at first but still able to swim and sunbathe with temperatures getting hotter towards the end of our weeks stay (around 28°). Staff were accommodating, attentive & friendly. Everyone from the Manageress, Front Desk, Restaurant, Bar and Pool go to so much trouble to make you really welcome and enjoy as much as possible. We did half board and once again were not disappointed by the breakfast and dinner; for dinner if you wanted something off menu they were happy to oblige. However the cuisine is excellent and so much choice I only did this once. The room was the same one we had last year! Very clean, comfortable and slept so well. The pool and private beach once again did not disappoint and many many happy hours were spent unwinding and relaxing. We arrived feeling stressed & burnt out and left feeling utterly revived(although miserable to be going back to the UK and its heatwave!). This time I did not indulge in the spa services and still left feeling zen! The Front Desk also helped arrange the booking for the dolphin and snorkelling tour which was a totally unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a more peaceful holiday, going before June is recommended prior to the season kicking off. Absolutely love this place!

Grosse Zimmer mit Balkon und tollem Ausblick aufs Meer und die wundervolle Gartenanlage. Bequeme Betten, genügend Schränke vorhanden, grosszügiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und Whirlwanne. Strand wunderschön mit kleinkörnigem Kiesel. Liegen mit Auflage am Pool und Strand inklusive Badetüchern. Der Pool ist sehr gross. Dusche und Toilette am Pool. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, ebenso die sympathische Hotelmanagerin. Das Frühstück verfügt über eine grosse Auswahl an Eierspeisen, Käse, Wurst, frischem Obst, Kuchen, Joghurts etc. Das Abendessen (wir hatten Halbpension) bot ein breites Angebot an Meeresfrüchten, Fisch, Fleisch, Teigwaren und anderen Gerichten. Wir konnten aus der à la Carte Speisekarte frei wählen ohne Aufpreis für HP. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Gutes Weinsortiment. Bequeme Lounge und diverse schöne Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien mit Raucherbereich. Im Speiserestaurant ist es etwas kühl und zugig, da Türen zur Terrasse offen waren und die Klimaanlage lief. Wir waren jedoch auch nicht mit dem besten Wetter gesegnet, leider war es abends sehr kalt. Absolute Ruhe, keine Motorboote und andere Lärmverursacher weit und breit. Genügend Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns herzlich für den tollen Service.

Jammern auf sehr kleinem Niveau. Happy Hour nur für alkoholische Getränke, nicht für alkoholfreie Drinks. Das wäre ein Plus.

We had great stay at L'Ea Bianca. We had a large corner room with a patio. The room was clean and convenient. The mattress was comfortable (not too soft or too hard). The beach is nice, though the sand is a bit a coarse. The hotel has a pool as well. There is a lot to see in the area around the hotel, but it's easier done with a car. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We really liked the hotel restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Abendessen war ebenfalls hinsichtlich der Auswahl als auch die Qualität, sehr gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal! Das gilt für alle Bereiche!

Wir hatten das Zimmer 216, die Junior Suite. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die Aussicht top. Gefehlt hat uns eine separate Dusche im Bad. Man muss in den Wirlpool klettern und sehr beim Duschen sehr aufpassen, dass man das Bad nicht zu sehr nass macht. Ein Tipp/ Gedanke: Eine Strand/Badetasche auf den Zimmern zur Verfügung stellen.
