"Good option for short visits"

I wouldn’t say this is the finest lodging option; however, it definitely is nice enough for short business trips. The rooms feel a little dated but nothing is missing. Overall, a solid option. Some positives: - Convenient parking and location, if you don’t want to be oceanfront Virginia Beach - Very easy check in and great front desk staff - Close to restaurants and stores

I recently stayed at The Westin Virginia Beach for a wedding, and everything about the experience was amazing — from the stunning property to the outstanding customer service. A special shoutout to Courtney, the front office manager, who went above and beyond to help me retrieve a lost item. She was kind, responsive, and truly made me feel taken care of. It's rare to encounter that level of dedication, and it made all the difference during my stay. The hotel accommodated everything I was looking for, and the staff made sure our wedding weekend was seamless and stress-free. I can’t thank Courtney and the entire team enough. Highly recommend this property for any event or getaway!

Check into my room around 9:00 p.m. drop my bags off and went out for a few hours came back and went straight to bed when I woke up the Sun was shining bright to the window and I had lights on and I can see how dirty and filthy through was along with the bathroom the room was $650 it's pretty shocked there was food crumbs everywhere, and pubes all over the bathroom and with all that I let them know about the dirtiness when I was leaving the next day and the lady credited me 3,000 points to my rewards account which is equivalent to about $24 and this place does not include a continental breakfast but you have to pay for your breakfast I would not recommend.
