Hotel Los Robles

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was very friendly and always checked in with us. The food was also very good and we just loved the style of the hotel.

The hotel is nice but you will drive a long time to get there. Guillermo Delux tours who they are partner with lies about being 15 minutes from port. It is about an hour in rough terrain at times. Do not buy from 3rd party at the port. He isn't honest. I thought it was expensive for what you get but that's how most rooms are in the area. It has hot water but i didn't find it. Everyone was really nice just expensive for hard beds and minimum amenities. That's why they are empty.

The common areas of the hotel are extremely beautiful. Breakfast was good, and the location was nice. Everyone was very kind. It is next door to a bar, so we could hear music in our room until 3 am. We had to play white noise on our phone to sleep.

This is an amazing hotel. The room was equipped with a bit dated furniture and there is no fridge in the rooms, but the lobby and the pool area are both absolutely stunning. I really liked my stay over there. And the staff is amazing, too. I would be happy to come back to this hotel again.

Quality of window blind was poor, it was so heavy and only used two strings to hold it. One string was broken and the other one snapped when I tried to open the blind. Hotel itself is quiet however there were loud music from the nearby restaurants you could heard.
