The staff here are amazing, Antwone made us feel very welcome and Esther was fabulous at the cooking station. Our room was very clean and comfortable The spa and the staff were fabulous

We stayed in the adult only which at first I didn’t like crossing the road but as soon as you get to reception and you see that view it’s all worth it.

todo está pésimo, llegué con mi bebé , y cuando llegue el lugar para estar con los niños era súper pequeño, la playa es pequeñísima, me retiré al siguiente día y no me quisieron regresar mi dinero, después me regresaron dos días, y se quedaron con un día comomoenalizscion, es carísimo y más caro que los hoteles de 5 estrellas y nada que ver ese hotel debería de ser 2 estrellas

I was here in April for my honeymoon. The entire resort and island was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and took care of our needs.

Waves was under construction, so we were accommodated at the House, awesome! Wade, Rhea, Andrew and all the staff were great to us. The room was also always kept clean, twice daily. The food, the drinks, exceeded our expectations. Thanks everyone for a truly relaxing time which the family and I REALLY needed.

The waves resort and spa is definitely a gem! If I had any tip it’d be that there’s no service from around midnight. No bar, no food. So if you’re a late eater definitely bring snacks.

My family and I had a great stay at Waves Resort & Spa. The hotel is small and gives an intimate feeling which I loved. The staff were amazing, and always friendly and welcoming. The only con I had was the limited food options at the buffet and for dinner. We ended up eating out a few nights because of this. The bathroom in the rooms could also need some updating. The best part was the Ocean view rooms, and close proximity to fine dining options. I would definitely return.

The staff was generally pleasant, especially at the front desk, but my experience at the coffee shop was very disappointing. The staff there were often rude and unaccommodating. For example, we were told we couldn’t have ice cream in the general deck area and were restricted to eating it in the bakery, yet we later saw other guests walking away freely with their bakery items. When I asked to have some items wrapped to take away (as the front desk had assured me was possible), the staff member in the bakery mumbled about not having containers, which made the situation embarrassing—I felt as though I was begging. In addition, the patio in my room was leaking. Small droplets constantly fell from a beam, leaving the floor wet and slippery. I nearly fell because of it. Finally, the tubing experience was extremely unsafe and poorly managed. There was no clear explanation about what to expect or how to sit properly, and as a result, I was thrown from the tube into the middle of the ocean. The ride was rough, jolting, and painful. Despite repeatedly telling the operators it was too fast, they dismissed my concerns, saying it wasn’t rough. Unfortunately, it was a frightening and traumatic experience—I ended up with whiplash. The staff urgently need to provide clear safety instructions and adjust the speed when guests express discomfort. This activity was not enjoyable at all and left me shaken. The food was really food especially at Dosa . But I expected food round the clock
