Lovely and peaceful. Too bad there's no access to the beach

What a wonderful stay! We will be back! The hotel is beautiful and clean with AC and comfortable beds. We stayed in the Deluxe rooms which I would recommend as they look to the ocean and over the pool. We were treated like royalty! Bernardo was our main guy the entire time we were there. He always exceeded our needs and completely satisfied our every whim. His suggestions on wine and food were excellent. He was professional, personable and really made our stay super special! Don't ever leave, Bernardo! We are coming back to visit you! :) His son, Aaron, was great as well and was personable, friendly and made yummy cocktails. Andres took care of us daily in the open air restaurant and bar. He anticipated our needs, met them with professionalism and friendly conversation as well. Juan Carlos, at the front desk, responded online quickly to all my concerns while booking and then when I made changes to the booking, he assured me all was well. We didn't arrive from San Jose Airport until midnight, and he arranged for our late arrival flawlessly. His friendly face and smile greeted us every morning. The food at the hotel is superb. The chef created delicious and beautiful food from Breakfast to Dinner and beyond. We started the day with a beautiful plate of fruit that was fresh and sweet and unlike that I get back home in the US. Fresh orange juice and delicious omelets or scrambled eggs each morning. I wondered if the gluten free bread would be tasty, and it was some of the best bread I've had. There were other choices on the breakfast menu that I could have had, but didn't stray from the egg dishes. The ladies who served us in the restaurant were very nice and I'm sorry I don't remember their names. The same for the housekeeping ladies who left us specially tied towels each day with flowers on top. My friends and I have already talked about our next trip to CR and Hotel Cuna Del Angel. Next time, we will take advantage of the spa treatments and the jacuzzi. We did enjoy the pool!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was excellent and facilities 5 star. The restaurant served the best food we had during our entire 16 day trip. We loved that it was in a quiet spot in Uvita and just a short drive from Uvita town, and the surfing in Dominicalito and Dominical.

I had a dedicated gluten free kitchen!

During our five-night stay, the highlight was undoubtedly the hotel's restaurant and the exceptional service we received, particularly from Bernardo. The restaurant is entirely gluten-free, but even gluten eaters will be thrilled by the delicious and diverse menu. While I definitely think the specials are the way to go, I was also blown away by the beef tenderloin and the Osso Buco. The food was consistently excellent, showcasing creativity and quality in every dish. Bernardo's attentive and friendly service made our dining experiences truly memorable. This hotel and its restaurant are a must-visit for anyone seeking outstanding service and incredible gluten-free cuisine.

The food is incredibly, really quiet

Wonderful dining area! Our room was lovely and very peaceful. There was a beautiful pool and the staff was friendly and helpful. The view was beyond compare and the restaurant had delicious food and the included breakfast was delicious. We would certainly wish to return.

I'll comment on the best parts of staying here first. The 100% gluten free food is amazing! As I need a gluten free diet I was in heaven. My husband isn't and wondered if he'd like it -he loved it! The staff are really friendly and helpful. The pool is great too. Now onto the parts that could be improved. The pillows are uncomfortable and need to be replaced to allow a better sleep. The hotel should invest in new towels too. I think they've been washed too many times now. The hotel is located close to a noisy road, but thankfully our room was on the other side of the hotel and didn't affect us. If you want a hotel where you can walk to somewhere, don't book here.There's nowhere to go. If you've got a car or have transport booked it's fine. Yes the pool was good and we enjoyed using it, but the loungers aren't so good. Please invest in new ones as they're so uncomfortable. Also there's only 6 available. We asked if any more could be supplied as they said they couldn't.

Tuvimos un atercardo con una jefa del turno de noche , súper mal educada, el resto de los colaboradores si atentos, pero con ese atercado nos amargo la estadía ,nos trató de una muy mala manera
