Good location. Room ok but some noise. More than one English tv channel would have been nice.

Clean, easy to locate from as a central axis to Cusco. Friendly staff. My hair dryer didn't work, they replaced with a plug in. Breakfast was high standard. Would come back again.

The shower tub was a bit high for us but we are young and able to live with it but wonder about others that are older. This place is very clean and the staff are very helpful and. Ice, do wish they knew a little more English but was able to communicate with them. They were able to store my luggage after my checked out so i can go to a tour at no additional cost. Stayed 3 nights, room is regular size, no view from room. Washroom is a bit small. Breakfast is good. Check out is 8:30 AM a bit early but it seems this is the norm in Peru.

Everything was ok

This hotel was very centrally located and an easy walk to everything. It was on a busy street which did not effect our stay inside the hotel but made for easy coming/going and felt safe after dark. Rooms were well appointed and clean. The beds we comfortable and it was nice to have a heater in the room for the chilly nights. Bathrooms were nice. Walls are a bit thin and doors only have a traditional key lock but neither was a problem for us during our stay. Staff was helpful but not friendly, however we didn't spend much time in the hotel, so our interactions were limited.

Excellent hotel! Everything was nice and clean. The maintenance was high and the service was great. The beds were warm, comfortable, and big. The bathroom was always clean and provided us with toiletries that were useful. The view was outstanding and we were able to look out onto the vast horizon and wonderful valleys. The staff was extremely kind and understanding. They made our experience a once in a life time experience! Upon entering the hotel on the first night, we were greeted with grand smiles. After that, every time we entered the premise of the lobby, those grand smiles were still there. On a different note, the breakfast was great. The variety in the buffet style breakfast was able to please all of my family members as each of us have a diverse appetite. The time in which breakfast was served was also amazing because I was able to sleep in a bit! The hotel is extremely close to the Plaza, which is nice. We were able to walk to nearly every place we wanted due to the close proximity. The hotel provided a heater which was awesome during the night time when it was cold! Overall the experience was great and I would definitely go back. 10/10 recommend.
