Bathroom/shower was a little small

I stayed here on my way through California. The room was good. The AC worked well on a 100 degree day. The room was clean. The shower had good pressure (it was a bit small, but I’m traveling solo so it’s fine). The bed was large and comfortable. The tv and internet worked fine. If you’re just passing through and not trying to find a hotel that is built for a family vacation stay, I suggest this place as the price is a far better deal than expected for the room I got.

Nothing really

The room was not very clean. The floor was not clean, there was hair & crumbles. The shower curtain was dirty and stained. Same for the blow dryer, the plastic bag around the cord was really filthy. Like if coffee had spilled all over the bag. There were no had towels. The walls could have used some wiping down. There was a nasty dried booger in the bathroom wall !

Customer service is really bad and they charge you two times before you can stay there I would not have went there if I knew this and I didn't stay there and got charged anyways my argument
