Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alle erdenklichen Dinge waren in guter bis sehr guter Qualität vorhanden. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr weich bzw. irgendwie durchgelegen. Es gibt in der Gegend kaum E-Ladestationen und die Ladestationen vor dem SPA haben nicht funktioniert.

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Heide Spaß. Die Atmosphäre ist einfach toll, das Personal super nett, das Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend, Schwimmbad und Saunalandschaft sehr gut. Man kann gut abschalten und sich verwöhnen lassen.
