Very spacious apartment, with a couch, two beds, kitchen. Very comfortable and easy to work in.

Room was adequate. Service for wake up calls was poor. Complained 4 times to the front desk about not receiving a requested wake up call, but nothing was done to correct it. Otherwise service was good.

The location on Ben Yehuda and so close to the Old City is fantastic. This is the second time I've had trouble with the parking garage on site. The staff was very helpful.

Friendly welcoming staff. Ideally placed in central Jerusalem to reach all sites.

Best location for tourists. Ben Yehudah, machne Yehudah, restaurants, all shopping and public transportation and taxis very, very close by. Kitchenette in room allows tourists to save money by having space to bring back food or to make food to eat in your suite. (Hotel provides dishes etc for small fee. )Rooms were very clean but in need of updating. Short walk to Kotel and Great synagogue.Hotel is set up for Shabbat accommodations. We reserved a 1 bedroom, but they gave us a 2 bedroom unit that sleeps 5!! Only negative remark is that more front desk staff are needed. Prepared to wait whenever you might need to approach the front desk for anything. Definitely will stay here again!
