I did not expect in my life to live a bad experience as it happened to me at this hotel. I booked and paid for this night and this today date for tomorrow. The room key was given before 3 hours ago, and it turned out that the air conditioner did not work and the room was very, very hot. I had surgery in my eyes and I need to rest. However, I was treated as badly as possible, especially from the reception, as well as the room service. I am very, very sad because I adore Turkey and always love to visit it. Unfortunately, such indifferent and bullying employees reflect a negative image. I advise the hotel management to investigate the matter. As a result of the operation, because my eyes need a cool atmosphere, not a hot one

Zu meiner Aufenthalts Zeit war eine Renovierung im Restaurant, kann nicht richtig bewerten aber im allgemeinen ok. Top Lage. Kann man glaube ich weiter empfehlen

Gayet nezih ve temiz bi ortamı var otelin, çalışanların da çok saygılı ve eğitimli oldukları çok belli.

Odada yastık kılıfı kirliydi. Havlu, su vs eksikti Genel olarak temizlik 4 yıldızlı bir otel kalitesinde değildi hayal kırıklığı yaşadık

Kahvaltı salonunda kahve sorununu çözemediler. İlk gün 1 adet anca içebildik. Çay zaten kendinden geçmek üzereydi. Servis personelinin tavırları kabaydı.

Uygun fiyata merkezî bir yerde geniş odalarda güzel bir konaklama oldu.
