Pros: Easy access, room was clean and stocked, the bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. The Cons: The toilet was very loose and had urine in it when we arrived, the mini fridge did not appear to work and the carpet next to the bed was wet and soaked my socks.

Very convenient and very homey

The experience was comfort and quiet, The location is great while visiting PRAIRRE VIEW.

Everything was good with the motel but I did notice a hostile situation with the workers and communication was very weak.

I should have known from the moment that I checked in that this stay wouldn't be good. The biggest question that the manager/owner at the front desk wanted to know was what time I was leaving the next day. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the couch was covered in nasty stains, the bed's headboard was worn...like somebody's head had hit it over and over again in the same spot, rubbing off the stain. Every surface appeared to have been wiped down with a dirty rag. The lamp shade was so old and cracked you could touch it and it crumbled and broke beneath your fingers. Of the two tubes of shampoo and sad little bar of waxy soap that was left on the bathroom counter, one tube had been used and was leaking. Whoever cleaned the room must have been trying to beat their personal best because there's no way someone spent more than 5 minutes in that room! When I checked out and complained about the condition of the room, the same manager/owner seemed flabbergasted that I would think the room was in poor condition. Do yourself a favor...stay somewhere else!

It was priced fairly and rooms were clean so all in all I was pleased with my Stay. The only downside to me was the walls to the outside and interior walls between adjoining guess room could use some sound batt insulation to prevent noise from transferring into adjacent rooms. I could hear the conversation from the guess next door and any conversation from the outside walking by the exterior facing guess room door.

Nice location, decently clean (found a few random dark hairs in the bathroom and on the floors that definitely weren't ours as we are both blondes), but everything smelled fine and the bed was comfortable.
