Water and ice machine is awesome! Great little place to stay, nice and quiet residential area, close to everything. Staff is super friendly, adequate breakfast choices. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

No microwave in room

My experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing and honestly unacceptable. Kendal, the owner, spoke with me over the phone and assured me that the second night would be canceled due to a mistake made by my father shortly after his eye surgery. It was a sensitive situation, and she gave her word that it would be resolved. She told me to come at 8 AM and speak with Jonathan to finalize everything. When I arrived, instead of help, I was met with a complete lack of care. Jonathan brushed me off and said it was “my problem,” as if the prior promise didn’t exist. No attempt to assist, no apology — just a total disregard for what we had been told. It was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. The room conditions made things even worse. The “second bed” turned out to be a poor-quality sofa that was uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping. The shower barely worked due to extremely low water pressure, which only added to the already negative experience. Considering how expensive this hotel is, the level of service and quality is simply unacceptable. You can easily find better, more affordable hotels where staff actually keep their word and treat guests with respect. I strongly recommend avoiding this place entirely unless you’re willing to deal with poor service, uncomfortable conditions, and being completely dismissed when you need help.

הזמנו בטעות חדר של 10 מטר שהיה קטן מאוד אפילן מזוודה לא יכולנו לפתוח, הזרימה של המים חלשה, רחוק מרחוב דובל בערך 25 דקות הליכה לא ממש קרוב ואין כלום קרוב יותר (קפה), גם לא קרוב לים
