Quiet. Close to the best of Key West. Convenient on site bikes. Pleasant outdoor with comfortable seating.

Some fresh fruit like bananas and oranges/clementines would be a good addition to the breakfast.

There was parking outside.

For the price of the room breakfast was lamentable. Our room was very average and right next to reception.

"Good location and free parking are the only advantages"

The location was very good

It smelled of chlorine, no normal closet. We slept on the ground floor and there was no way to open the window for the night. Maybe it was better in the rooms upstairs. Breakfast ok. Overall too expensive for this standard. I don't recommend
