The rooms are big Lots of facilities and complimentary activities Large variety of foods at Breakfast and dinner. Great pools close to the rooms

Hygiene: the cushions in the room were smelly, we had to ask them to change them, they just took them out and never returned them. They didn’t clean our room on the first night. We had to ask…. They did a horrible job, took towels from the floor and folded them to be reused- we had to ask for them to be changed. The floor wasn’t cleaned properly as well. They don’t clean thoroughly…The showers need to be scrubbed, the windows are dirty. It’s like they don’t know anything about cleaning at hotels Facilities: they have a couple of complimentary water activities but they won’t tell you the closing times and slots, knowing that they get booked out quickly. You will only find out when you get to the boat house and they tell you that it’s fully booked for the next two days and that there is a window within which those activities can be done. Food: first night dinner was cold, everything was cold. We arrived at 9pm at the hotel, dropped bags and went to eat at 09:30pm. Buffet closes at 10pm and food should be warm until it closes, but noooo…. Everything was cold Breakfast was okay…one day I asked for an omelette on one of the days. They omelette lady burnt it and still had the audacity to give it to me burnt. I also asked for watermelon on one of the days after seeing them give it to another guest and they cut the white parts for the… it was after 10am, which is when breakfast closes, but seeing them give watermelon to another guest, I assumed they will treat me the same. Oh I was wrong, my request wasn’t welcomed

Voor avondeten waren er maar 2 opties: een erg duur buffetrestaurant of een a la carte restaurant met niet zulke goede reviews

Le personnel est adorable, le lieu est magnifique, on y mange super bien et tout est très propre.

The food

Everything was good we enjoyed a lot had so many activities included in bed only package and it kept us busy. The location was so nice.

Water flow was brown colour. It looked dirty and some places in our room there were old dusts. Else it was ok

It was tropical, nice beach, and friendly staff.

It can use some touch ups on the property.

Si sentiva uno strano odore tipo urina che usciva dallo scarico della doccia della camera dove abbiamo soggiornato
