Super 8 by Wyndham Lincoln

We booked a room for a single overnight stay. Not much of a breakfast, but it had a fridge and microwave, was clean, and otherwise met our needs.

I wanted to use the pool but the heater was not working properly.

Comfortable bed

They lied! We went for grandbabies to swim . I called ahead of time they said pool was open. When we got there we discovered the heater was broken or not on. The staff was NOT HELPFUL. They were rude. My granddaughter who is 4 was very upset. The pool was not usable The Breakfast was raunch!! The waffle mix was old and rancid. They had not changed it forever. The snack machine had candy that was outdated by 3 years!!!! The grounds around the hotel was covered with cig butts and dog feces. We will no longer stay and would ask how to recieve a refund I am one unhappy Grandmother

There's not a real bedspread and the blanket was very thin. Most of what we put in the fridge froze, and you couldn't adjust it. Since we had our puppy, we had to use the back door. The grassy area where she could do her business was covered with cigarettes, trash, and beer bottles and cans. The staff was friendly, but even though we had the sign hanging on the outside of our door, housekeeping was still knocking and and announcing themselves. There was a lot of damage to walls that we took pictures of so we wouldnt be blamed and charged for. When we had trouble with our tv we called the 800 number on the card and they told us they only deal with the hotel wifi and to call the front desk. We called the front desk and they had no idea how to fix it and told us to call the 800 number. We ended up unplugging it from the wifi and then plugging it back in to fix it ourselves. The older man who appeared to be the manager would sit out in his van at night and watch us when we took the pup out. Very creepy. We will not be returning, and since Lincoln is our hometown we're back several times a year to visit family and attend special events.
