The Arrabelle at Vail Square, a RockResort, by Vail Resorts

Beautiful river at the foot of the property, great view. Walkable to Vail Village. The condo was very roomy and comfortable. Only one of the jacuzzis was operational when we were there. The bottom of it was rusted -- needs to be updated.

The property is nice. Apparently they are getting ready to do an update. We were not told ahead of time that the water was going to be turned off from 9:00am -5:00. As it turned out it was only hot water turned off till 4:00 so it didn’t impact us too much.

Super friendly staff (particularly the valet and restaurant staff), spacious, well appointed rooms, great location.

We stayed 2 nights and had no air Condtioning. We called the front desk the first night and he came up and looked at it. He told us it was not working and he would get us a different room. Hour went by and I called again and they said they would move us in the morning. The next morning came and called the front desk again, the last up front had no notes saying they were gonna move us. So she said she would get us moved in the afternoon and that she would text me when the new room is ready. We went all day with no text or call. So we had yet another night with no air conditioning. We left early due to the terrible service. We paid a lot of money to stay at a luxury resort but it was not worth it. We would like are money back or a refund of some sort.

Very clean facility, staff was extremely accommodating and helpful and plenty of activities and restaurants on site. Fishing at the walkable gore creek was very convenient.

It was great experience in Vail. Room was excellent. The staff also very attentive and helpful every step of the way, especially their manager Cam.
