Courtyard Aguadilla

Needs serious remodel. I can see that some construction is currently happening, but there needs to be work done in the rooms. The bathroom was gross and the carpet smells awful. The pool was dirty and was not inviting at all.

We frequently stay at Marriott properties because of the consistency of well maintained rooms, amenities and friendly knowledgable staff. We did not experience any of that AND tiles in the bathroom were broken. When we booked it we did not know renovations were happening. We paid way too much for our rooms We left after 2 nights and went to another hotel

The property is under construction or remodeling and access are closed in occasions. The parking gates were non functional at times.

I like the restaurant, swimming pool and Casino. Everything on one place and you can relax.

This renovated hospital hotel was good...The rooms were clean bathroom was clean and pool was nice too..Front desk was good too just a little slow but good check in..Only issue was cold shower water and toilet didn't flush..Broken chain on the handle...I was disappointed in the response from the front desk about the cold showers and toilet issues hoping he would reduce something off of the $270 dollars one night stay ..He showed no empathy or remorse or help in that regard...We probably won't be back as we're use to more understanding management when these situations arise..

Cold showers broken toilet high price for this level of hotel stay..Wish manager would have been more willing to please a customer..
