Comfort Hotel Hakodate

Great location, super close to the tram, JR and bus stations. Breakfast was well-balanced and good.

Room is quit small, fine for one, but tight for two with luggage.

チェックインまでの時間を他で待機しなくては行けない事 コーヒーにミルクが無かった お寝巻きもうすこしゆとり欲しい エレベーターが揺れて怖かった 枕の高さもうすこし欲しい思った お布団少し重い

จากสถานีรถไฟฮาโกดาเตะ เดินไปรร.ไม่ไกล และมีมื้อเช้าให้ทุกระดับการจองห้อง หน้า รร. มีป้าย รถราง เดินจาก รร. ไปไม่ไกล มีป้ายรถบัส และเดินไปตลาดเช้าได้ ที่ตั้ง รร. เป็นจุดศูนย์กลาง การเที่ยวในสถาที่ต่างๆ ได้สะดวก

Check-in process was a breeze and had no communication issues. We had our luggage delivered from Sapporo 1.5 days prior and arrived on time. The rooms were small especially if you have 4 luggage to open, but we were able to store them underneath the bed. My family and I thought the buffet breakfast was delicious! They had a lot of variety to choose from and some of the food items change every day. The staff members worked hard to make sure to replenish anything that was running low and kept the stations clean. We really appreciated the early start to breakfast at 0530 because even on vacation, we still eat early. There are laundry rooms, ice machines, and vending machines on the 2nd and (i think) 6th floor. We ran out of coins at one point so we just asked front desk to exchange. Great location as it is in front of a bus, train, and tram station! Many convenience stores around for late night snacks and maybe 2 blocks away from the market.

One elevator can be a wait especially during rush hours in the morning for breakfast. We're not super sensitive to this, but obviously can be noisy for some due to its proximity to the tram.

離JR函館站很近，飯店前就是市電，位置很好，附早餐，前臺也有咖啡和檸檬水，整體來說CP值很高

房間有很重的霉味，一開始還以為是煙味，導致我一直咳嗽，整晚沒睡好，對清潔比較重視的旅客不推薦。
