Comfort Suites El Paso Airport

I like the property is close to the airport and it’s usually well organized, I stay here often.

The air-conditioning in the room did not work! This was terrible, when it is 110° outside and the AC inside is not working it was devastating. I couldn’t even sleep at night. Once the front desk attendant was told about that, she just told me to change the settings and nothing ever happened. I would’ve appreciated another room, but it was not offered.

Excellent location! Very close to the airport as well as many other amenities. Competitive pricing, coming in as a better value than most of the competitors in the area.

Offered personal care products such as shampoo, conditioner and lotion, while appreciated, are difficult to operate with only one hand as they are in squeeze bottles vs pump containers. My wife has cerebral palsy and has to hold onto the bar inside the tub while showering so she only has one hand free at a time which makes the squeeze type bottles next to impossible for her to use without assistance.

The room was comfortable and spacious enough.

The night desk manager was not friendly at all. When we walked in, she was counting money, which we could understand her being focused. But even when she was finished, that "I'm over it" look was still on her face. She read through the "checklist" of need to knows but we never got a smile and her "have a good night" was lukewarm at best. She was either having a bad night or she was hating her job--for someone in hospitality, you'd think she would at least try to make the guests feel welcome and not like they're inconveniencing her from other things. Not a good first impression. We won't be coming back.

Clean, not crowed good parking

It had one of the best breakfast bars I have seen in a long while. The staff also kept the area very clean and was extremely welcoming.
