Holia mal el teléfono no servía y no me limpiaron la habitación porque según el staff la póliza de ellos limpian cada 2 días ni me pusieron tuallas el almuerzo es un asco no tenía muchas comida

regular porque aunque cumple con lo que es un desayuno continental, no es el mejor sazon. Las papas que ofrecen son solo papas cocidas sin sal, los dos dias fue exactamente lo mismo.

La recepcionista se nego a hablarme en español, y considero que en ese puesto el personal debe conocer lo basico de los diferentes idiomas, pues no quizo llamarle a alguien mas para que nos atendieran.

La ubicacion si vas al aeropuerto es excelente.

La ubicacion del hotel es buena, pero el personal que atiende es muy despota, y no es bilingue, si no hablas ingles y preguntas por estacionamiento, o donde comer, buena suerte. Es una pena que siendo una cd fronteriza no tengan personal amable y bilingue, por supuesto que no lo recomiendo y lo tomare en cuenta para futuraa referencias y viajes.
