"Falsely advertised room rate"

The room was adequate. But beware that in spite of the advertised rate of $83, you will be hit with an additional fee $90 for cleaning. The rate should be stated upfront as $175.

The breakfast was good! The room was comfortable. However, the temperature of the water in our room was lukewarm for the Saturday of our stay. We were informed two of their water heaters had failed and it would be repaired on Monday. We did have hot water on the Sunday morning of our stay.

"Not A Great Experience"

I travel quite a bit and have 3 expectations when renting a room. It's clean, quiet and safe. This location smelled fine, but it wasn't clean and I didn't feel safe. The in-wall shelving unit in the bathroom, along with the tub, floor and toilet had quite a few hairs on them. It did not give me confidence in the cleanliness of the room. However, I had a very long day and was too exhausted to do anything about it. Then...after arriving back at my hotel that first evening, the male front desk attendant (the same one I had talked with at check-n) asked me what room I was in...and that was BEFORE I decided to purchase items in the shop. It made me very uncomfortable and as a result, I did not sleep much that night. Please instruct your front desk attendants NOT to ask the room numbers of women alone. It's gives off a very creepy vibe and made it difficult for me to get sleep the entire 3 day stay.

The cold room had an off odor as we walked in, but were tired so went to bed. While sleeping and the heat turned on it was obvious the odor was urine. The receptionist was grumpy while checking in so we opened the window left real early.
