Friendly staff and convenient location.

Nice clean hotel,some small maintenance work was needed in a room,like shower handles,lose shower cap.

The staff is very nice. The room is spacious and has good amenities. The breakfast is amazing.

Rooms are clean & comfortable.

The hotel was clean, and the pool looked like something my kids would’ve enjoyed—but we left two days early because of the disgusting way we were treated by the front desk worker, who I believe was named Bonnie. She was rude, dismissive, and talked down to us like we didn’t deserve to be there. Her attitude was arrogant, unhelpful, and completely unacceptable for someone in customer service. I’ve never felt so disrespected while traveling. For a place that’s supposed to provide hospitality, this was a total disgrace. Management should be ashamed to have someone like that representing their hotel. If this is the kind of treatment guests can expect, it’s no wonder people are walking out early. If you care about being treated with even a shred of respect, I highly recommend staying somewhere else. We couldn’t leave fast enough—and I wouldn’t come back if it were free.

This hotel has not been renovated to the Hampton Inn specifications. There was carpet on the floor in the room, which would have been fine had not it smelt of pet urine. Other than that it was okay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast Sunday morning was very good.

We recently stayed at this hotel and found the bedding and pillows to be very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was decent—about what you’d expect from a mid-range hotel. Nothing exceptional, but it got the job done. That said, the rooms were noticeably outdated and extremely small, which was disappointing. The bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived, and while it was fixed promptly after we informed the front desk, it wasn’t addressed until the next afternoon. It’s the kind of issue that likely should have been caught by housekeeping before our arrival. Overall, given the limited hotel options in the Murphy area, this hotel met our basic needs. But it didn’t reflect the Hilton brand experience we’ve come to expect. It was serviceable, but lacked the quality and attention to detail that once set Hilton hotels apart.

Only problem we has was that the sink in our room was way to slow in draining. We were on room # 103 it took forever to drain when brushing our teeth and when my husband was shaving.

The property needs updating.
