Great location, good food, comfortable room and bed! Wonderful stay!

Clean room, quick service and absolutely anything you could need they’d have it all for you!

Finding the amenities in the place was confusing and no one offered helped.

Overall the staff and property were incredible! However, there was an incident that happened on the property that potentially involved a shooting and police and ambulance. My friend went down to the hotel lobby and someone in the lobby was telling his wife, "Oh no, HE GOT SHOT!" She was greeted by the front desk with a hand raise and he told her, "Oh, I don't have time for you right now!" but then immediately realized what he said and asked how he could help her. He took her room number and later came to the room to deliver the medicine she was looking for. Upon my friends exit from the lobby, she was then met in the elevator by a man who had just been in a physical altercation and had a giant black eye and was bleeding. I was shocked when she arrived back to the hotel room scared out of her mind. We did not feel safe after this happened. We visited the concierge the following day and asked what happened because we were now scared to even walk the grounds or go to our comedy show we had tickets for. The pleasant woman informed us that the hotel staff had been briefed that morning about the incident but did not offer any other information regarding it. She was very helpful and told us that if we changed our minds about the comedy show, she had some wonderful ideas as an alternative. We were very thankful for her guidance, suggestions and overall kindness. We did not have the girls trip we had planned and we felt we were not safe and it hindered the activities we had

My Wife and I arrived @ Four Seasons around 8:30 am. We were greeted by Bell Staff as soon as transportation was parked at the Valet area and directed us to the Registration Desk. Kyara (Desk Clerk) greeted us with a smile and checked us in (since is early, our room is still being clean). politely told us that our room was not ready yet. She recommended the Ramsay Kitchen for breakfast while we’re waiting for the room to be ready. Within an hour received a text message to alert us that our room was ready. We got a room with an awesome view of the poolside and the Gateway Arch. The next day we met Abby (Front Desk Assistant Manager). She’s very professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. Room is very clean, tidy and 5 Stars Rating for amenities from bathrobes to umbrellas. Hotel staff that we encountered during our stay was attentive to our needs, friendly, pleasant and helpful. This hotel is the place if you want to treat yourself for relaxation, experience the well appointed rooms and upscale accommodation/amenities, food, beverage and service.
