Alicia at the front desk was extremely friendly and offered friendly assistance if we needed it.

Our only problem was that we were given a room with two queen size beds. We had booked a room with a king-size bed, not happy about that.

The doors to the rooms and the stairs slammed. When you're close to an entrance the room shakes.

The furnace was very loud. Sounded like a plane engine. The trim on the wall was coming off. Building is being updated

"It’s good for a short stay if you just want to enjoy Colorado Springs and just need a place to sleep"

It was located in a nice neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and shops close by

The interior felt outdated, the AC wasn’t functioning as it should. The mattress of the pullout couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Breakfast was limited without much choose for a vegan eater
