"One of the best holidays ever."

Loved the atmosphere of healthy people all around, the staff was great, loved the cats and enjoyed the training from Aida and Joao.

Instead of two beds pushed together, one big queen or king mattress would be better

Confort, nourriture

Il faut payer un supplément pour TOUT ! Pour les cours de sport les plus intéressants, pour réserver un terrain ou même une ligne dans la piscine!!! Donc ça revient vite très cher. Le système de réservations de cours est affreux. Il n’y a pas d’eau à disposition des clients - ce que pour un resort de sport c’est juste inadmissible

Clean, excellent sports facilities

Booking classes and sports was not ideal. It would ideally be done on the app. Not booked on app then have to queue in shop to pay. The olympic pools swim should be included in the price and not an extra.
