Extended Stay America Suites - Long Island - Bethpage

Nothing good,

The experience on my bed with bed bugs all over, they never refund me the manager mentioned the insurance policy was supposed to call myself they never did, I don’t get my refund bad experience.

Bed was comfortable

Roaches in the room, loud all times of the day and night

Bathroom countertops and tub was stained and corroded. Towels were dingy and sandpaper like. No blankets on the bed, only 2 sheets.

The smell was very bad, overpriced, there was no soap in the rooms. They had a kitchen which didn't really make sense. They should do a better job cleaning and making the place smell better.

I have to be honest the front desk people both Syed and the other gentleman ( African American) both were very nice and courteous… however the property condition is not good… area around outside the hotel , parking lot , etc kinda shady and you won’t feel safe walking around… but most importantly there were bugs in the room.. I saw cockroach in the bathroom so decided not to shower , even while I was laying down I saw bug on the pillow.. I had to leave next day since it was already late and I was tired. I can’t believe that I had to lay $657 for two nights.. Syed was very kind and he requested for one night refund for me so I hope I only paid for a night .. I have to check with my bank :) but ya .. I don’t recommend this place for anyone .. Infact I also felt that some people live there permanently like renting it full time like apartments. People kept coming in and out all night from the back door next to the room that I was given. But again.. the staff were really nice!!!

There were roaches in room. Kids were running up/down hallway at midnight. Not ideal for sleeping

Got there after dark - signage lighting poor - had to keep driving back and forth.

The property is located in a great area for me I come every 3 months to visit my doctor and have never had a problem

Everything is good I have no complaints
