1 Hotel South Beach

Attended Watr for my birthday dinner and apparently everyone else did too! Ohhhh Jimmy thank you angel. You’re a fabulous server and person and you just deserve the world. He was such a sweetheart and absolutely made my night. Keep giving this man Friday nights! Only less than 5 star thing for me was the plastic glassware. Feels off in an establishment with $25 drinks.

Chantel at the hostess stand is an angel - she was able to fit us in on a particularly busy night, made even more chaotic by a crazy rain storm that forced half of the restaurant to move seats. We so appreciate her helping with our reservation!

Emma from the plant house is amazing and made us the best iced coffees everyday. This place has the best people!! Location is perfect also.

I’ve been to the one hotel many times and I’ve always been impressed. I would say that I really enjoyed my experience here but on top of that I think the service is fantastic. Natalie Juliet and Ava were the ones who were working tonight. I usually never leave reviews or feedback, but I felt like they offered awe’re working tonight. The best hotel I've stayed in Miami! Awesome beach day, fantastic service attendants, delicious lunch. Just good, friendly, stylish vibes all round. Would love to return.

The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. The combination of delicious aromas drifting from the kitchen, along with the scent and soothing rhythm of the ocean, created an unforgettable experience. We were blessed to have Dwayne as our server, and he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Dwayne expertly guided us through the menu, helping us create a seamless dining experience where each selection complemented the next without overpowering the flavors. Every dish was delicious, and the entire evening felt peaceful and relaxing.This was our first night in Miami, and it truly set the tone for the rest of our vacation. Thank you, Dwayne, for making our evening so special! We’ll always remember it.

Our waiter, Jimmy, was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. He gave us incredible recommendations for places to visit around Miami and made us feel like we were getting insider tips from a local friend rather than just standard service. To top it off, when we got caught in a torrential downpour, he brought us towels without us even having to ask. It’s rare to come across someone who goes so far above and beyond, but he did exactly that. The food was great, but his hospitality is what we’ll remember. Give this man a raise, he’s a better ambassador for Miami than most tourism campaigns.
