The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that special conditions and fees will be applied to group reservations over 5 rooms. Payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel at the time of check-in. No amount will be refunded for early departure of the client. In the event that the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, it will be considered a "no-show," which will result in the loss of the right to the reserved room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
