Room was clean and tidy. Having two bathrooms really helped and the aircon was a godsend.

Didn't realise how close to the train tracks, but that was easily solved by closing the windows.

"I always enjoy staying at your hotel."

My room had everything needed to make my stay comfortable. Your beds also are the best. I have slept in many hotels and rarely do I get a good nights sleep. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. Your cleaning staff are the same. Love also the location, close to all I need.

The steps outside up into reception area…having to lug suitcases up and down the steps. Fortunately there aren’t many.

Great location. Very comfortable bed, great shower, and convenient kitchen and laundry.

The hallway on Level 3 had a damp, musty smell.
