Location, and so easy to get in and out.

Maybe a refresh of the bath/shower.

Perfect location for our needs, super comfortable and everything we needed. The staff were absolutely lovely to deal with.

The sink plug was broken so would not drain water.

The bed was super comfortable

The location was great, carpark also outstandingly easy to find, relatively quiet area at night, the lady at the front desk was very friendly :)

Apartments aren’t serviced on Sundays or public holidays, this wasn’t specified in the booking. The extractor fans in the bathrooms didn’t work. No lock in the ensuite door.

Excellent location with easy access to all of the shops, restaurants etc in Newmarket and I could walk to the place I was working. Well equipped kitchen, great to have a washer and dryer and the separate bedroom.

Convenient location does come with the downside of traffic noise during the day but it was very quiet at night.

The staff at reception was welcoming, the room was everything that we needed esp with a bath & an outside area. It was what we need for a long weekend getaway :)

Washing machine and dryer. Walk into Newmarket.

Most things. Poorly equipped kitchen. Shower over the bath. Right on train line so noisy. Not enough bedding. Reception was friendly but not helpful.
