Nordic Hotel Forum

We spent three nights at the Nordic Forum Hotel. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Unfortunately, not all of them have a good view; our room on the seventh floor had a partial view of part of the city and part of the harbour in the distance. Room service is sometimes a bit slow, so the room still hadn’t been cleaned by the time we were ready for a midday rest. But that’s not a big deal. The spa area, with a sauna (separate), steam room (shared) and pool area, isn’t particularly large, but it was never overcrowded or noisy, so I can definitely recommend it. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, and omelettes are freshly prepared on request. On-site parking is rather expensive (24 EUR per night). Thanks to its central location right next to the old town, you don’t need public transport; however, if you want to go further afield, you’ll find various options just a few hundred metres from the hotel entrance, including a direct bus to the airport or to the ferry terminal. I can recommend this hotel without any doubt.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location close to historic centre. Comfortable beds and spacious accommodation. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

Alles war top! Wir würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder wählen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Nur der Käse ließ zu wünschen übrig. Sonst alles perfekt.
